super proud wife

I trust that all wives are proud of their husbands and think they are amazing (at least most days)! I am no different. As silly, inappropriate and nuts as my husband is, he never ceases to amaze me! Of course, he is quite handsome as well, so that helps;) Well, as most of you probably know, we started a company shortly after we got married. Bran has always loved manual labor and busting his tail end in the hot sun (I think he is CRAZY!). He was already the go-to for lots of his family for small construction jobs and fence building. So, we decided, why not? and started A Noble Fence Co. (the A was added so it would be first in the phone book;)) For multiple years, the company just cost us money. It is said that it takes 3 years to get a company on its feet. Those 3 years were tough and most summers our personal account took a HUGE hit while Bran actually had to work for other people while paying employees to run his company. Over the years though, many wonderful family members and great friends did a fantastic job taking care of things, thank goodness. Eventually, we made it out of the dark but B still couldn't fully commit to the company. He is, hands down, the hardest worker on this planet and he is dedicated to taking care of his family, which often meant working elsewhere to be sure we had his paycheck. His youngest brother, Lee, was one of the fantastic employees who kept things running over that time and in the end, Lee was ready to buy in to the company. Although hard to put a value on all the work and strife the company had caused us, we knew what a great addition this would be. Now, Lee runs things daily and during the school year (and takes care of the schmoozing, bill collection and marketing- which Branum HATES) while Bran works his tail end off all summer handling the manual labor (alongside some wonderful employees of the company). A Noble Fence Co. (www.noblefence.com) is a highly successful, award winning (Best of the West 2009) company with a fantastic reputation in Lubbock, and beyond. We couldn't be more excited to see the success of our first little baby! So, where am I going with this? Well, first of all, tell all your friends about A Noble Fence Co. Secondly, I want you to see how amazing my husband is! He does great things all the time, but his most recent venture really impressed me. HE BUILT A TRAILER! A good looking, highly functional, double-axle, power brakes, 20 ft. trailer, and ladies and gents- it is awesome! Way to go B- you are a stud!

  1. What an incredible, sweet post about your dear hubby. More wives should be as appreciative as you are.

    Way to go Branum!
